I have enjoyed living here for the most part. The parking situation is horrendous. I only live on the 2nd floor, which isn't too bad, but that it still 4 turns up. Corners are hard to see around and no one seems to pay attention to or use the yield signs and mirrors. Parking is assigned, and a pain in general.

Getting packages is up to you - they get dropped off at the office and who knows when you'll ever get a notice if you don't go check yourself. I've gotten several packages delieved and never been notified when they arrived.

The apartment itself is very nice, and the staff has been very friendly and helpful with any problems and repairs that were needed.

I have been able to hear my neighbors occasionally, but for the most part it has been pretty quiet.
