In addition to the parking nightmare (my car has already been damaged in the garage), the management, albeit very friendly, seems to find an excuse to enter your apartment for some odd reason at least once a week. No privacy. Sound travels easily between the ceilings and floors - I got stuck underneath somebody with a music addiction and I haven't slept in months. The pool only gets about 2 hours of sunlight per day, in the very middle of the summer.
