I have lived here for about 9 months. At first I was thrilled, then things went on a downward spiral. First, it is on the southwest airline flight patter so you hear planes at all hours. Then they assigned parking, leaving only one spot for two vehicles. But worst of all was the day I discovered Mold growing up the sides of my interior bedroom walls. Since, maintence has been in and out 3 days a week, placed a large dehumidifier in the middle of my living room and is still searching for a "perminent solution" all the mean while they wont offer a break on rent for my inconvinience. I would recomend avoiding this property if at all possible.
