Great if you don't own a car, have no friends & are slickingly pale

I know this issue has been expressed on here, but it truly is the reason I am moving out.
The garage, sadly, is awful. They have now installed speed bumps, so my daily 4-minute (really) drive around, and around, and around, now takes just a little longer. I realize that this is a safety issue, but so what-- my roommate's car was Stolen right out of the garage in April What's safe about that!'..ie Hide your valuables!!
Related to the brilliant garage design is the fact its really a hassle to have anyone come over. Cars are ALWAYS parked on the street (mostly residents to avoid the garage) so your friends/significant others are forced to go all the way to the top floor of the garage which is even more of a hassle than where I park (find a "creative" space and you are promptly towed). (BTW even if you have a two bedroom apt, you get only one garage space!! really, ask em).
Ok, my only other gripe is the pool which sees less sun than Seatle. So, locations nice (other than constant noisey traffic on Allen), but I'll be finding a new place in uptown. Goodbye Ravello.
