The management is incompetent and rude. January of 04, the rent drop box was broken into and all our rent checks were stolen. The dimwits in the office didn't figure it out and charged late fees. After realizing we were victims of CRIME, they undid the late fee charge. The girl in the office said "now that makes sense, we just thought everyone had a wild weekend." Surely, you say, I'm not serious, yes, in fact, I am. The garage is a car accident waiting to happen. The up and down ramps are to narrow. Also, there aren't enough spots so if someone grabs yours late at night, you're parking on the street. One last thing, Texas/OU weekend was a mess. Puke all over the garage and the elevator becomes a urinal.
