Just moved in here a month ago and love it. Location fantastic and apartment itself was in an absolutely immaculate state when I moved in. Maintenance staff are lovely and friendly and last time I had something wrong, it was fixed within a couple of hours. Parking's a nightmare if you have to drive to the top floor, but hey, if you live in a city, you have to deal with density and it really doesn't take that long, nor do I think it's unsafe in terms of tight bends, etc.

It can get a little noisy in the apartment if you're on the Allen St side (which I am) and the noise is mainly to do with the garbage trucks, but honestly, if you're going to live in a city where (god forbid) other people may actually be living and working as well, that's just one of those things. I don't think it's even an issue. Rather this than loads of student parties in the hallways every night of the week. ...and I *never* hear *anything* from anyone living next door, above, below, etc.

Like the residential mix as well. Seems to be pretty much young professionals with some (think Ive only seen a couple so far) students and some older types. People are friendly, too. Especially when youre all sharing the same bit of sun around the pool.

About the pool, yup, it loses its sun pretty fast but it's beautiful and well taken care of (never even seen a single leaf in there) and if you're there at the right time, you can actually get a tan...

The only other 2 things I'll comment on are Management, who have been very friendly and great, especially Lisa, who always says "Hi", asks about my dog by name (gotta love that) and checks that everything is OK in the apartment. Lastly, yes, I guess it's a little pricey but considering the location and the fact that there are free yoga classes, bi-weekly brunches, buffets, BBQs and other things...well, put it this way, there's no reason to even get in the car. Perfect.
