So, I wrote an earlier review and was finally blessed with my lease expiring. But I'll warn you, this place still haunts you.

When I left, I begged these people to do a walk-thru with me, but no one would. They just winked and told me, you're fine/we'll take care of you. Well, I wasn't. I received a letter not only with tons of bogus charges, but in the attached letter, it threatened me with a collection agency if they did not hear from me within 72 hours. What's more outrageous' This was the first notice--they just bully you in the letter, so you'll pay without any questions.

I have never seen worse management with ruder customer relations. I am truly appalled now not only with this particular complex but with Gables generally. I have lived in many apartments and have never been treated the way this complex treats its tenants and former tenants.

The only advice I could give to anyone who is luckier than I was and stumbles on this site before signing, don't rent there. While little happy sunshiners will write glowing reviews, the second something goes bad for them, they'll realize how ugly the management is and change their minds, if they're not too busy laying out between 12-1 when the sun is actually over the pool...
