Fire alarms have been going off constantly since we moved in in January. In fact, we have had 3 straight evenings of them. Tonight's lasted 45 minutes before it was turned off. Parking is a hassle - only 1 spot is given to most two bedrooms. Safety seems good, management has fixed all requests for repairs correctly and within 24 hours, and I have never been able to hear any noise from neighbors. Apartment itself is great, and I think is a nice value for the size, amenities, and location. But, management's lack of responsiveness to problems (see fire alarm situation or the parking garage debacle) and the "take it or leave it" attitude has ruined what could be a great place. I think their thought is that there will always be tenants eager to live here, so why bother fixing anything. And, they are probably right. Beware.
