This apartment complex has a SERIOUS problem with the fire alarms. I talked to management a couple of months ago and they said that the city was saying that it was a problem with the alarm company and the alarm company said it was a problem with the alarms themselves. I asked them how they were resolving the issue and they couldn't really give me an answer. They said they were looking into it. 2 months later, still no resolution. As conservatively as I can estimate it, I would have to say that our alarms have gone off atleast 20 times in the 12 months that we have lived here. Probably many more times than that. At all times of the day, 4am, noon, 9am, they are going off all of the time. What makes it worse, is when they go off, there seems to be no urgency to shut them off immediately. Sometimes they pierce your ears for over an hour. This has absolutely ruined our experience at Gables State Thomas Ravello.....and I haven't even started with complaining about the parking garage!
