For those of you who believe everything you read, here is my response. Of course you should take the reviews with a grain of salt. How often to people feel the need to voice there frustration as compared to there satisfaction' And as you can probably tell, I am an employee and work in the office.

I will agree with the other reviews. The fire alarms go off more than they should. It seems to be something different each time. The parking is a bit of a hassle because there are limited number of spaces and who wants to drive up a bunch of speed bumps'

However there are a lot of positive things. I feel the good outweighs the bad. Every community has it's problems and it seem as though that is all anyone addresses. Ravello is in a great location, and is overall a very quiet community (minus the alarms) due to concrete walls. It is not the newest community, but you will get spacious layouts for a very reasonable price per square foot... Averaging 1.35/sq ft. Work orders are responded to very promptly and management tries their best to take care of the residents and there issues and to be as accommodating as possible. Pets are allowed and there is only a $300 pet fee. A washer and dryer is included in every apartment.

In response to the review that stated "we respond with the same lame answer" and do nothing to resolve the issue, of course that is very untrue. We only know what is told to us and are relaying the message to the residents. We rely on our outside contractors who work on the alarms to fix the problem, let us know what we need to do and keep us updated. Bottom line is, I'm not disagreeing that it's annoying and it's a problem, and we are doing everything we can to get this issue resolved. Also in response to the review that states we do not care what you think, that is also untrue. I would not be on Apartmentratings.com trying to justify anything if we didn't care what you thought. I apologize for you thinking we are "horrendous."

We are not going to be able to please everyone and sometimes residents just get upset when they are told "No."
