This place was a nightmare the entire time that I was a resident. The staff will act like your best friend when you are there looking to lease, but as soon as you sign they turn into devil women. I was shown an apartment model home that I liked and wanted to lease that exact one, but come moving day i turned my key and walked into a completly different/smaller floor plan at 275.00 dollars higher than quoted but because I didn't have the price quote in writing guess who couldn't do anything about it' These people are outrageous! A few pissed off months down the road I decided to buy a dog and pay the pet deposit. My dog was potty trained and never had a single accident in the halls, but a few weeks after I was being rudely accused by the staff of my dog peeing and pooping in the halls, when in fact is was some lady a few apartments down that never felt the need to clean up after her dogs accidents. I was threatened to have my dog removed from my home and given lease violations for something that I did not do. When ever I had an issue I had to go down to the leasing office for I was lucky if I didn't have to talk to -------(the worst yuppie of them all). Extremely rude and condecending at all times. When I had finally had enough of this maltreatment I decided to move down the street to a non gables residence. My final bill was shortly sent to my new address but with 2 charges that should not have been there. a 100.00 charge for 2 garage fobs and a 40.00 charge for 2 home and 2 mailbox keys, all of which were turned in. I called the property and to my misfortune ------- answered and informed me that there was nothing that she could do. I'm currently having to deal with the corporate office about these charges. The only time you will be at peace living at State Thomas Ravello is the time that you sleep. This place will haunt you with anything they can and there will always be nothing they can do about it. If I were you I would not even look at the building if you have to take a turn on Allen street. Just drive far away and don't look back. Never move here EVER!!!
