A cousin of mine came to visit one evening so we decided to treat him to dinner. After a pleasant meal, we came home to find his car had been towed. This was only 1 hour after he showed up. When we went down to pick up the car, we had a horrible experience with the towing company the apartment complex uses. If this is the company the Gables uses, then this is horrible customer service. The Gables "pledge to customer service" states their primary focus is on resident satisfaction. I am highly unsatisfied with the way the complex hides behind the statement "we don't hire them, we just have an arrangement with them" statement. The management is uninterested in hearing about your car getting towed from their parking lot.

Be wary when looking into this complex. They will not stand behind their company pledge.
Pledge 9. "Unmatched customer service, profitability, efficiency, and safety are the responsibility of every associate."

Yea, customer service my foot. They are out for a profit, and probably get a kickback from the towing company. They are highly efficient in having the towing company tow your car and are quick to not take responsibility. And safety' Well lets see, how safe is it when you have to truck down to the worst part of Northwest Highway at night over in Northwest Dallas with near $200 in your pocket to get your car out of jail' Yea that's real safe. They put you in an unsafe situation.

This is not the place to live!! Run, find someplace else!
