Gables staff is often unwilling to help or completely resolve problems.
They will charge you for every fee they can assess.
The units are dated and noise is a big issue.
Overall, the location is great, but you are only paying for the location. The apartments and appliances are dated, the staff is always changing and does not resolve problems, and the repairs/maintenance is poorly preformed and often has to be preformed more than once.
I cannot stress enough how they assess fees for everything they can think of, the rent is only the beginning of what you are going to pay to live there.
The only reason I stayed as long as I did is because of the location, and the fees they charged to move-out (a 60-day move-out policy is not easy to work with).
