Horrible Management / Unfair Move-out Charges

This apartment complex will rob you blind upon moving out. Myself and two other roomates lived at Gables Turtle Creek for two years, and upon move out were charged over $900 for carpet replacement. The funny thing is we had the carpet steam cleaned a week before, and the Gables maintenace guy told us the apartment looked fine. Not to mention the carpet wasnt damaged or dirty past normal wear and tear. Even though we disputed the charges, we are still having to pay so it will not affect our credit. The management office didnt even do a walkthrough with us before replacing the carpet. I do not advise anyone to live at this apartment complex.
