I've lived here for the past two months, and I can not stand this place! It's intolerable! The management hardly ever gets anything fixed. The air conditioning is chill water, and it's always broken! I haven't even gotten around to winter yet, and I fear that it will be too hot! The gates are broken, as in they NEVER close! It defeats the purpose of a gate altogether! There's always a crowd of younger people in the parking lot drinking loudly, and being obnoxious. And that's pretty much the property on-site. The make-ready team that the management employed doesn't make any unit ready. When we moved in, and I did the walk-through sheet that they give you to fill out. I opened the cupboards and the painters had painted over all of the things that the make-ready people left behind. I.E. food, rice, oh and did I mention the waterbug sized cockroaches! It was disgusting. After a few weeks of being here we were putting more plates in the cabinet, and found where the previous tenant had left behind the top of their baby's sippy cup. The painters had painted over it as well. The showerhead in the master bathroom was broken, and I had to replace it, because the management said they'd get around to it. Most of the cabinets are warped, and some of the wood is rotting. I can't open my oven without opening my refrigerator door. And the drawer to the right of my oven, to get it open I have to open the fridge, the open the oven, and only then can I open the drawer. Poor quality, substandard housing. The only thing that I can truly say nice about this place is that they are all bills paid, and the floor plan is huge.
