Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
I lived here for three yrs. I loved it until management changed three times. Current management sucks. Crime is up. Rent rates are bad. Yuppies are gone and the riff raff is in now for less than what you pay in rent. Location is great- just unsafe.
