This place stinks and I mean that literally.


My very first experience with management as a tenet was lackluster. When I pulled into the complex I saw the FedEx truck leaving. I parked my white Caddy on the top level of the garage and walked to my door. I saw a note on the door and I was like sweet dude As I got closer I saw it was from FedEx letting this white boy know that my pump I ordered online was here.


I went inside and made sure my tivo recorded the price is right while I grabbed a cold one from the fridge. After I pounded that bad-boy down I went downstairs to get the goods!


Honey, I'm home! I cheered when I walked in that office like I owned it. I was laughing but everyone just looked at me like who is that white boy' It was pretty crowded but when these two ladies left I was helped by the only one there, a sister who was fine. The three of us that were waiting all needed packages. I gave her my FedEx note and a good look and I liked what I saw. She came back after five minutes and had nothing for me but gave them other people the goods.


I'm so sorry, I can't find nothing. I told her she better find something and she returned to find my commodity. Again she came back empty-handed. I told he that I know she took my package because I just saw the FedEx truck leave. I told her that she could not deny she took my pee pee pump! As soon as I did she opened her eyes and mouth and made a little poot sound from her backside! She then covered her mouth and I said thats not where that sound came from!


I kept talking to her but then the smell hit me and I puked a little of that beer up into my mouth. I told her I had to go but that she owed me a pee pee pump and that I know she was either going to use it on her man, or she was a man. I felt bad about that and dropped it altogether.


That is just the tip of the iceberg but you get the idea. High crime, lots of noise and bad parking for my Caddy
