This place is pre-wired for SBC ONLY. You have to get DSL(who has, or wants to pay for, land-lines these days'!'!), and the community satallite is a bad deal. I have paid over $150.00 in set up fees for my internet and forced land line. SBC stinks with fees, and overall it has been a horrible experience with them. The apartments are nice inside, though the landscaping could use some work. Go for the 3rd floor where the ceilings really open things up. Garages and garbage situation is not the best.
