Well first the bad stuff...
1. my car was towed from the parking garage while I was out of town. They towed it b/c my inspection sticker had expired. Supposedly they mailed me a notice 1 month prior, but I never recieved it. I paid around $180 to get my car back. However, the manager was kind enough to reimburse me the amount I paid. Regardless, it wasn't exactly a pleasant experience.
2. We had repeated problems with mice.
3. The air conditioning bill was HUGE (over $350 in the summer). My old 2 story townhome apartment (Camden Farmers Market) had 2 ac units and the bill wasn't near as high. I think the units are old and inefficient.
4. I had to repeatedly call my apartment representative and follow up on him to get the move in process done. I even disguised my voice and name to get through to him on occasion.
5. The same rep I just mentioned asked me to "step outside" once after a particuliarly fierce discussion regarding my broken fridge.
I was anticipating a fight but he just made demeaning comments about my job and walked back inside. He never worked there again so I guess he was fired.
6. As someone else mentioned they use a very loud electric blower on a daily basis. I have no idea what they are doing... No other noise pollution that I have noticed.
Having said all that, the manager here (Niki) is very nice. She is the perfect description of stellar customer service. Based on my experience with her, I'd recommend the "marquis on gaston"
