They claim they are working to do something about all the pigeons. It is my understaning they have been making the same statment for years, and have done little. I constantly have bird crap all around my front door.

They are constantly needing to enter your apartment for some fire check. I lost count of the number of times last year. However, this week marks the second time this year, and we are only in March! Even worse, they make no effort to lessen this inconvience. They will only give you a 3 day window when they will be in your unit. They will not let you schedule an appointment, or at least provide a specific day. Worse yet, they give an, it's not our fault if your pet gets out while we are there. Therefore, tenants must lock pets in bedrooms, bathrooms, or take elsewhere for these 3 days, time and time again!!! I have lived in a dozen apartments in the metroplex through college to today. I have never had ownership need to enter the units to such an excessive degree.

When lease is up, I am gone.
