I have only lived here a month or two, so I have not experienced some of the previously mentioned complaints of the property.
The one I agree with 100% is the noise! Specifically, with the people above you. You can, and will hear every step they take, every drawer they open and close, every door they open and close, and anytime they use water. Whether it be for a shower or the kitchen sink. The problem is its not their fault, I'm sure the people under me hear me too. It is really bad, and really annoying.
