Old and outdated and staff is not very supportive at all. Dog poop everywhere. Gate always broken allowing any and everyone to get in. This are is also not the safest and gettong worse. The list goes on and on.

We have lived here since 2019 and have no issues. The property is quiet and nice. We highly recommend. If you are interested in an apartment come see Jennifer Johnson, ASSISTANT MANAGER. SHE IS THE BEST!

Jenn was AWSOME, she was so helpful. Very eager to show me around and answered everything I needed to n ow. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to come here when searching for a home! Very quiete and clean community

Jenn Johnson, assistant manager, is a 5 gold star in all her duties at the property. She is a rockstar. Good managers are very hard to find these days. She always sees projects through. She is very professional and extremely kind. She is a keeper.

Jenn Johnson, Assistant Manager, is great. My experience has been great. Everyone at the property is super great and I have had no problems with neighbors. The property is quiet and clean and the pool and gym are great aspects as well.

Hey Jenn M Johnson the asistente manager from the leasing office is great! We are glad to have her back. I have lived here 9 months and it has been quiet, clean, the the maintenance staff is always timely.

Jenn and the rest of the leasing office are great! We thought about moving out a few times but the new staff convinced us to stay. Gaines gained great workers when they hired the new staff. They should get raises.

The property is great and quiet. I have been here for a year and have had no issues. Work orders have been completed quickly. Give these people a raise! The customer service is great and you will not find this anywhere else.

My experience with the staff was great. Nice, polite and welcoming. Definitely better than my last apartment The apartments are very spacious. Great area and stores close by. Thank you Jenn for being so polite and helping!
