This is a nice apartment complex, though perhaps not as nice as the price indicates. It's neat, clean, and more attractive inside and outside than most. Parking's almost never an issue. The floorplans are great. The first-floor one-bedroom I have is very spacious. Clean lines and open, without any weird angles or nooks with which to contend that limit so many apartments. I needed a big living room with two long adjoining walls for a large audio/video system, and this one was the only apartment I found that fit it. The outdoor patio storage is slight, but there's a surprising amount of storage hidden inside. Management is friendly enough, but not very accommodating when fate intervenes in unwanted ways, at least in my experience.
