I'm single and lived in their 1-BR 609sqft unit.
MAINTENANCE - Responded very quickly to service calls and the one emergency I had, a busted water heater. They had all the necessary people there early to ensure all of my furniture was properly placed and rug cleaned.
RATES - Very comparable to other complexes. They've been making sensible upgrades to the apartment fixtures.
MANAGEMENT STAFF - Very friendly, kind-hearted people. Very knowledgeable. Manager will actually make an effort to meet you.
COMMUNITY EVENTS - Never attended any but they do have them.
