I lived here on three differen't ocassions and I loved it. The staff was great, and so was the management company. I never had a issue with children and I had two of my own school age at that. I think people in general need to take a stand when it comes to children and issues. Parent's need to involve their children in as many school/activities as possible. I would be scard to send my child near any park or playground now days with as many gangs and cruel people that pray on small little children. I have lived in about ten different apartment communties and have never found one that is sound proof. I think it has everything to do with the hours and age of your neighbor.If you have alot of older people count your blessings at least they watch over your place and don't prowl all night.

I know live in a house and guess what I have the teens from Hell next door. They work on cars drive crazy up and down the streets and so much more you could not beleive. I wish you the best.... BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

If everyone loved it. How come so many tenants with kids, families leaving the apartments this summer. I do not think apt is suitable for folks who have kids, youg couple or people who like to use Gym and like walking trail, etc. I do not think apt has any answer to it. It is also scary to enter/exit from the office end. Look at all the cars. I have to be extra cautious entering and exiting from complex. Look at those laundry machines. They are designed for commercial purpose and making money for apts. I am spending twice the amount of money I used to spend in other apartments. I am not finding any fault with other older folks living here. But most of the apts have a good mix of everyone. I want to make one point clear thought if you dont care who your neighbours are, not worried about Gym/exercise, dont mind spending extra money on the laundry machines, dont care for children playground, walking trail, bad apt complex design, this is a right apartment for you.
