Whoever wrote the previous review was very honest and right on. To add to what is already been said, this is an OK apt and does not have many amenities like fitness center, Walking trail & friendly neighbors, proper apartment entry, exit and parking lot design. Although this apt has plenty of shelving, spacious corridors, good maintenance team, etc.
-I was allmost involved in three or four of accidents in the complex going out or coming back in coz of poor parking lot design. Look at all the cars infront of the apt office..accidents inviting to happen.
-One of our friends got $200 worth of ticket on the Marsh while entering into this apt complex. They have bad memories of this they do not visit us no more. You have to watch out for a traffice cops all the team before you come into the apts. Otherwise you sure to get a ticket.
-Neighbors are not that friendly. I call this apt as "retired community". Majority of the residents are retired people. And other reason being this does not have many aspect young people or couple aspire for i.e. fitness center, walking trail, tennis or Basket ball court, etc.
-Last but not the least apt mgt is terrible and not co-operative while renewing the lease. This one has 60 day snotice. They will raise your rent and if you changed your mind for some reason they will play a game with you saying "apt has been leased out..etc". In this aspect I give a grade of "F". They need to give high priority to the people who are living whoever there and not treating them as money machines.
- Do not fall for apartment management gimmics, deals and smiles. Also do not trust for the reviews written by the management giving the best rating for this apt. Apt mgmt will try to give excuses to all of the above I mentioned if you are not watchful. I have seen many residents leave this complex after 6 months or a year. You will too. I have nothing against this complex but I want to bring out the facts as well. Check out many other places that are better than this apartments in the neighborhood before making a decision to come here.
