Well, I have read the other reviews, but I must disagree with the overall mood of them. I have had a few apartments, as has my roommate, however none of them were as good as this one.
-RENT: The rent price is ok, not great but not too high. Very acceptable for the square footage though.The design is beautiful, and the balcony is huge!
-MAINTENANCE: The response to work orders is PHENOMENAL. I've never had to wait more than 2 days for the most minor work order and one time the guy was out within the hour just to replace a light bulb.
-UTILITIES: Our electric has been as low as $83 and the highest was, yes, $200, but thats the price you pay for the extreme heat of Texas summers. Our fireplace cut the bill down considerably during the winter though.
-PESTS: We have had a total of 3 ants in the past year, all of which we probably tracked in ourselves.
-DESIGN: The windows are huge and give way to wonderful natural lighting. Everything is updated and brand new, including our huge fridge.
-AMENETIES: They dont have all the amenities I would hope for (no gym or courts), however they have a grand pool with a beautiful water fountian/fall type of thing, and a hot tub that has never been too full to get into.
-NOISE: Ive never had problems with noise that lasted more than 30 seconds (the occasional loud car stereo), and there are fans throughout the apt.
-MANAGEMENT: The management is sweet and forgiving, and very kind when they have to report a complaint. They have contests every few months for a discount on the next months rent, which is good!
-NEIGHBORS: My neighbors have been wonderful and Ive had them help me jump my car about 10 times! And they are always sweet and willing to help.
-PARKING: I dont know about the front of the complex (near the office), but we purposefully got an apt near the back, and the parking has NEVER been a problem. In fact, I've never parked more than 5 spaces from my door.
-SAFETY: I was worried about safety since there is no gate, but I have never had a prblem and have never heard of any problems. I feel safer here than I did a my last, gated apartment!

As for other reviews saying that workers from the apartment itself was writing the good reviews on this website, I cant say for sure they're not. But just because there is a good review at an apt someone had a negative experience at doesnt mean that it was written by someone who works there! NO apartment has 100% satisfied customers, and unfortunately there is no guarantee that because one person is satisfied/dissatisfied, that you will be too. But what I know is that I renewed because this is the best apartment Ive been in, and I would even pay more if I had to, jsut to keep the apartment, because good management is difficult to find. This management has managed to keep the apartment safe, clean, quiet/peaceful, and generally in good condition. I would recommend this apartment personally because I have had a great experience here for over a year. I lived in the back of the apartments, nearer to the first entrance, not the main one, so thats likely the better area of the apartments to live at. Thats my personal opinion.
