I recently moved out of the Georgian Apartments because my family had a baby and the max apartment size is two bedrooms and we needed a third, but I have to be honest: we wouldn't have moved out if it wasn't for the new baby. I've lived in quite a few apartments over the years and the Georgian was easily the best. Their maintenance is pretty top notch and they take care of things pretty fast. One summer while my family was on holiday, our upstairs neighbor's washing machine hose broke, turning our apartment into a swamp. It was all cleaned up before we got back, carpets steam cleaned, furniture moved and even put back. They were incredible. The grounds are nicely landscaped, there is PLENTY of parking on the south side of the complex, and the pool is well cared for. Add that to being close to everything makes the Georgian a top pick in my book.
