Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
In 94 these were great, moved back in '01 and they weren't too bad but beginning in '03 they became very ghetto. It was unsafe for me to walk my dog on a sunday afternoon. My son was worried about me living alone, there were roaches everywhere! Mgt. was allowing new move-ins paying 1/2 the rent I was and then increased my rent after 3 years. There were people here that had lived there for years that moved in the last year..we moved in 2/05 and one month later the drug fire burned down the apartment I had lived in! I now pay only a $100 more a month and live in Addison! This has become a very unsafe area!!!
