I like it here. Rent is cheap compared to downtown Dallas. Management has been very nice to me. Only downside is that my neighbor upstairs must way 1000 pounds because I hear them stomping around occasionally. I am a single female and this is my first place without a roommate and I have had a great experience here. I feel safe and would recommend living here.
