good: spacious, nicely laid out floor plan.

bad: i lived there for only one year, and lived through FOUR CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT. repairs were ALWAYS slow, if ever done. water was cut off on average of one or two days a week for something or another, without any notice. there's a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE wasp problem in the complex. at one point, i was killing one or two nearly every day, with no idea of how the heck they were getting into my living room. the place went from tolerable to straight up GHETTO by the time we moved out. there was two families living in the unit below us the entire time. kids played in the parking lot, bouncing their balls against your car. in the evenings, you could see cars creep through slowly, and people hanging out in the parking lot.

the last, and only good apartment manager that i dealt with while living there, even herself called the place "kinda ghetto". needless to say, she and her husband dumped devonshire about the same time we did.
