New Management in May '05. They've torn up beautiful hardwood floors, replaced with shoddy ugly tile. The carpet is torn up in most apartments--doesn't even meet tile now, and no tack stripping. They've basically let the workers ruin the flooring--horrible workmanship, and they were terribly disorganized during the whole process. No follow up. Now they are not honoring the prior mgmt's promise of free covered parking in front and on the sides of the complex; started making everyone pay in January '06. Now there are 4 uncovered parking spots to park in on the front and a couple on the side...everyone is trying to park there now. They said people were paying before...yeah right. Not the ones we've talked to and it is obvious no one wants to pay b/c the uncovered parking is all taken now. There are no other options to park near your apartment now so you have to park near the back. This is not safe or convenient. They tore up most of the front bushes and haven't landscaped that. The sprinklers leave water spots on the cars that your windshields can barely wipe off. The treadmill has been broken for several months. A neighbor has a water leak in the wall they haven't done anything about. It's rotting the wall away. Nice.

The apt mgr is the worst. At first she acted like she didn't even want to be there most the time, especially when you called for something. No one even wants to deal with her anymore because it's such a hastle and aggrivating, and I've spoken with 4 other tenants that agree. Nothing is fair with her and she is argumentative, not kind. Bottom line: they just don't care.
