We have a new Manager that started a couple of weeks ago. She is really arrogrant and she is trying to be too bossy. The place has really gone down. It was bad before but with her being there it is really bad. There are people moving out all the time ( just about every two weeks. She walking around thinking she is CASTRO or some big shot. What she fail to realize is that she works for someone just like we do. She can get fired if she doesn't handle the residents with RESPECT. When your paying your money you can demand respect. I glad that they gave a minority woman a mangerial job but don't get besides yourself. You can be fired too, and you will be if you keep rubbing the residents the wrong way.
