I have put in a maintenance request 4 separate times for the same issue, but it has never been resolved. I have just decided to live with the situation. The view of the creek along the back is nice, but it does not compensate for the rest of the situation. The rent is WAY too high for what you get, and the office staff is incompetent. I turned in my rent check 10 days early with my water check, and both checks were lost. I received an eviction notice, and went down to the office to clear it up. When the new management checked for it, they did find the check in the "early rent" file. Imagine that. I received another notice a couple of days later that my water bill was overdue. I again went and explained to them that the two checks were together, and they acted like I was lying. Turns out they had already cashed the check, but not credited my account. My lease is up and I am moving, because in addition to these complaints, they are raising rent $65 per month to live in that dump.
