THE BEST!!!!

I Moved to the Green in the Village in Aug. 2005 and moved out in May 2008. It was the worst mistake that I have made and am moving back in this December 2009. The grounds are clean, the office staff are courteous and considerate. Maintenance is very consistently on to of issue and the headache of worrying if something will get fixed is none existent. They call you and follow up on maintenance issues until you respond and are satisfied. The Smith patrol people do what they can to assist you with no complication and problems. I moved out because I thought that I could save some cash and go to school, but guess what dealing with other idiotic uncaring apartments is more expensive and time consuming than paying a small premium for rent. The neighbors are mostly all professionals and actually work and look out for each other. The location is perfect next to Tom thumb and other prime retail locations including the new Whole Foods. Please trust me when I say that this is a safe bet when moving to Dallas, crime is here don't get me wrong, but unlike other complexes they don't hide it, they send out notices and warn you of potential dangers. This is the top of the heap when it comes to amenities to me. As for the complaints about noise at 7:30 outside with the movers, you grow into it, and it looks great. Overall cozy, cute, and safe.
