Greens Crossing

Have lived here for 4 years. Three different apartments. Have had my cars broken into and two of them stolen, recovered but not able to drive. Gate very seldom works. Children in complex are very unrulely. You tell the office and nothing is done. They are always jumping on a/c units, throwing rocks, and knocking on doors and running. The security lights are broken and many of them if they are not broken don't work so you come home late and you are in the dark and you do not know if you are safe, even going a short distance. Parking is ample, but the bigger SUV's always double park or if there is a new car they double park and nothing is ever done. The apartment I am in now I have asked for the fridge to be fixed since Oct. 2004, and it still is unrepaired and it only needs a gasket on the doors. The patio has no screen and the lock doesn't work, even though it has the bar it still isn't real secure to my standards. I am already looking for somewhere else to live and I hate moving, but want to feel safe when I am at home and my grandchildren should come over and don't want to worry if someone comes to visit if their car is going to be secure.
