Where do I begin? The staff definately doesn't go out of the way to help you and don't really seem to give a damn about your needs. The gates break constantly, and then when they are fixed, the gate code usually doesn't work. It took me 2 months to get my dishwasher fixed. I've had numerous issues with them where I've gotten the good old "We'll give you a call" line. HA HA. Not to mention that the parking lot is the popular hangout, and you can't get out of your car and walk to your apartment without being stared down. The apartment itself isn't bad at all, its just all of the crap surrounding it. Best look elsewhere.
