Originally years ago, Greens Crossing Apartments were a quiet and clean complex. Today, you would make the worst mistake if you move into them. The staff is very unprofessional and doesn't respond at a reasonable time or sometimes at all to any maintenance requests. The grounds are not kept cleen. Notice the drug addicts living in vacant apartments and outside lights not replaced under the carports and apartment units. Loitering and profanity. You name it -- it's all at Greens Crossing Apartments. Don't let me stop you. Just take a drive through and see for yourself before renting. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

WOW! I couldnt agree with this review more if I had written it myself. If I didnt know better I would think I did write it. I too have lived in this complex for over 6 years and it has gone down the drain. As a matter of fact, I cant wait to get out because of the unsavory characters that not only hang around, but actually live here now. The management is the worst...I could go on but I wont. Ill just say, if you want to live in the projects, move here.

I am working on getting copies of tenants rights to give to some of the concerned tenants. I think the property management has an obligation to correct the problems in the apartments. Please send a letter to the property management company. I am and to the BBB.

I also agree. we broke our lease after living there for only 3 months. within that time our truck was broken into twice, I found a set of scales on the bumper of our truck, the neighbors were really inconsiderate, and there was always trash everywhere. the tenants would tear stuff up in the broad day light and no one said anything to them. several time I came home to people having dog fights in the parking lot with their pit bulls. And the sad thing is that i really loved the apartment itself, it had a nice floorplan. but other than that unless you really wanna live in the ghetto. Oh yeah did i mention the gun shots. so if you can help it don't move here.

I broke my lease to get out 1 week after I moved in. The night I was moving in someone was shot there (2005). I thought since i had not been there long I could easily get out of my lease. NO! They wanted 90 days notice that I gave them and when I went to pay my reltting fee they had lost my notice. They also asked if i had paid my other months rent because they had lost several persons rent. I kept copies of my money orders and think you should do the same. please dont move here. there are lots of apartments on woodmeadow that management cares about the property go check them out if you like the area...
