It's a great location, but there are A LOT of apartments in this area and the staff acts like they are the center of the world.
- the office staff is unavailable 50% of the time during posted hours
- phone messages left at the office are only occasionally returned
- they tout the "security" of a gated community but one or more gates always seem to be stuck open and the numberpad gates are routinely unlocked
- service requests are routinely overlooked until repeated requests are made
- policies and procedures are often establighed/assigned without notice to the tenants
- amenities are routinely unavailable
- residents are treated as if they are not to be trusted
I bought in for the apartment location, price and features.
I'm not unhappy with the apartment, just how challenging they make it to live here.
If I wanted a full-time job in property management, I'd apply for a job in the field.
