Management' There is management here' Are sure it's not X-convicts that have taken over the leasing office, or horrible property manager mutants' The property manger is some burnt out old hag; she is rude to every one unless you have a pen in your hand and a lease in front of you. Forget about your security deposit you will never see that again, these guys have never heard of ?ware and tear?. They will use your money to prepare the apartment for the next sucker they can get to sign a lease. Think this is going to end after you move out, ?sorry? it is not over. This company?s policy is to make up things to charge you for after move out, it does not mater how hard you clean your apartment; you will receive a statement listing multiple charges for cleaning.
Make sure you keep copies of all documentation if you are a current tenant. Put any type of problems you are having in writing, make copies and push these copies to the current property manager. If the management can find away to screw you, they will. Any statement that one of the leasing representives makes must be in writing and signed or else it is worth less. Do not believe anything those sleaze, slim balls say because, they will lie to mad tenants to appease them, later on they will then renege on any statements or promise they have made. I would not put it past them to forge documents or signatures, they can laugh behind doors and talk about you guys like you are animals or fools, because all you do is inconvenience them. In the end it is the tenants that have to live in this place, and if the mangers are going to make your life a hell, you might as well do the same for them. The sign out front of the leasing office has been mangled for years now; you can take this as a ?sign? of things to come. They will fix your problems, it may take 3 or 4 years and a couple of changes in management to get there so be patient all of you ?foolish animals? living at Grayson?s Gate, they will get around to it on their own good time.
