I think the reason the reviews are all anonymous is cause they are written by the management staff in order to not have an all bad rating. I bet if someone did a trace on the people who send in the good ratings you'll find the IP address's come from the apartment complex computers. Or from management PC's at home. It seems all the good reviews are generic in response. It goes something like "I think these apartments are great. I see nothing wrong with them and am glad to call this place home. cheer's staff." But when you see the bad reviews they all have very specific points. Like Inconsistent management information. Ants. Noise. Surprise billing. Numerous things that every resident experiences. Oh yeah except those anonymous people. They think its great.For the anonymous out there my question is if you think its so great why dont you tell us who you are. And better yet how we can contact you. I for one am willing to say this apartment complex is horrible. On the Record
