Tha last reviewer has awful grammer and is obviously lacking in education.
I would therefore like to know what management company they work for so that I can avoid a company who has this level of person as a Regional Manager.
Reginal property managers earn on average from $65,000 up so why on earth would one be living here' I am a post graduate student and I live here as this is more for those on a lower income like I myself at the present time.
I have found since living here that it is quite a nice place to live with decent maintenance response but I have to say the management is crass, low class and like the prior reviewer uneducated.
Charm school may be an acceptable form of education for the office staff as they have absolutely none.
I do believe that for those on an income below $40000 this is the standard one would expect.
If ones income is much higher I would recommend you move on to higher rental rate property as I will do once I have finished my studies.
For now though it is fine I just wish they had a higher hiring criteria for the office staff and particularly the manager.
By the way I am not a "disgruntled former employee" nor have I ever paid late.
