This apartment complex is breathtaking; however, the manager whom I've never seen is like a rat... hard to catch. I've come into contact with Brandy, Taylor, Amber, Shun, and Raven, and besides Raven all seem to lack not only compassion but common sense. If you require low maintenance, are quite kept (much like myself), this is definitely the spot for you, however, if when you require answers to questions, responses to voicemails, and consistency in answers from staff, DO NOT rent here. I've contacted Greysons Gate on several occasions each time reaching someone different...and you guessed it each time getting a different response.

***GREYSONS GATE STAFF***
If you read this GET A CLUE, we are customers, treat us like you would expect to be treated, if we ask questions of you and we don't get an answer thats not fare. If we rent here and decide to stop paying that's not fare. We understand you are busy trying to get new tenants to %^&*% on, but you may not have so many slots to fill if you improve your customer service. I really enjoy the complex; it's the headache I can't stand.

***FUTURE TENANTS***
I know you probably have read reviews before/after mine, trust me; I am very low maintenance when it comes to badgering management. You see posts where they tell you not to pay attention to other posts, well read them, look at other complexes, make sure when you factor in location, cost, and spaceyou also factor in each weeks headache.


***IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN***
On another note, they inform you that they do extensive background checks, I wonder if they realize they have a registered sex offender living on the property. I hope that everyone has found this helpful, if not thats fine, we are each entitled to our own opinion. Again, I reiterate do your research. I did mine, I read the reviews, and I still signed the lease because I wanted to learn from my own mistakes, well GUESS WHAT you can learn from the mistakes of others too.

I do research for profession, and I analyze everything, they really pissed off the wrong person this time.

With a letter like that you expect us to belive that you are a low maintenance resident. Yeah right. What did they enforce a rule on you like make you pay a pet deposit or put your trash out at the designated times???? Poor pitiful you We loved it hear and always got a return phone call from the manager and the staff maybe it was how yoy approached it??????? Hopefully you will move!@!!!!!!!!@#$%^&*()

You contradicted yourself. You said you are low maintenance but you "analyze everything". I've heard about people like you. You write 4-5 page letters to the office and you always record phone calls and save e-mails. PLEASE GET A LIFE. Remember that the office staff deals with several phone calls and complaints a day. You really need to give them a break I work in customer service and I hate it when people get mad because I can't call all the shots. We have to report to management just like everyone else. So just because you can't call in and instantly get an answer doesn't mean we are "lacking common sense". You're a rude JACK a##.

It is funny, but could all the people that responded to the "Dido - ***A MUST READ***" review work in the front office? If not I guess it just "reads" like it. I lived in these apartments and yes they were breath taking, but leaving was a bit of a pain. Having lived in several apartments Greyson's Gate was the most difficult when it came time to get my deposit back. I had lightly cleaned the apartment myself and sent in a company to come and do a move out clean the day I turned in my keys and could not believe they did not want to give me my full deposit! It was a fight to get my deposit back and I have to agree that everytime I tried to talk to the manager about the problem, she was never around! Call cooprate people they seemed to help get things resolved quickly!
