The office staff does not notify the residents when thefts take place-I feel that they should give a heads-up to everyone to keep an eye out for anything suspicious. We met this couple and their first week of moving into the complex, their car was broken into and they informed the office and nothing happened. Just last week, there was an inspection done by the City of Dallas and an office staff member. I was cited for having a toy on my patio. I was told via a letter to remove it. Just the day before, my bike was there. I do not have any toys on my patio at all unless the bike was considered a toy. However, after calling the office, they claimed not to have taken it. So what did they cite me for you ask'''' Hmmm...seems a little fishy to me. I was told to file a police report, but I didn't. If they do not do anything with the car that was broken into, do you honestly think that they will do something about a bike''' The complex is a nice one, however, the staff here lately have not been very helpful at all. They also have this program to where they have breakfast and dinner once a month on them, with a Cares Team to provide the service, and since we have lived here, they have had such a high turnover of these teams-meaning they get rid of them even out of the complex. We met two out of the three and became good friends with both sets and they were given three days notice to evacuate the premesis. Oh well. Just take this into consideration when choosing a place.
