Beware, in this apartment complex lives or lived a Sex Offender check:
http://www.familywatchdog.us/ and you'll see.
They have had so many changes in management, service is not that great, waiting for a customer rep for ever.

Also when you sign your lease check the time you will rent because when I signed the lease they increased the 2 months on the agreed time I was leasing the apartment.

Also they did not refund the deposit for 2 door openers, I was entitle to have my money back they are playing games with the refunds.

I am disputing this because they are charging for painting, come on that is considered normal wear and tear, by the way my initial deposit was for $300.00 of which was $150.00 non-refundable.

I would never ever will lease an apartment from this place.

It's the worst experience ever have.

It's always a good idea to read your lease contract all the way through and get an EXACT copy of what you signed before you leave the office.
