I moved here to be close to the Tollway and for the area it is a great price.

I have not seen much happen at night and it seems pretty quite to me.

I would recommend driving through at night and making your own decision because this is Dallas and there is plently of crime in Dallas.

Overall though I am pleased with everything here.
