Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I've lived here for 16 months. I called the apartments total of 5 times in a span of 10 days becuase I had no hot water for a total of 4 days.. They would come and fix it and it'll go out the same or next day again. They finally replaced my boiler on the 10th day. When I finally got a hold of the manager, Dawn, she was rude and short asking me "what do I want out of this'". I told her to fix things right the 1st time. I'm an apartment locator and I will not refer any of my clients there anymore.
