We were supposed to move in on Nov 10th.

They cancelled the apartment and rented to someone else since we called and asked them what would we be getting back if cancel it.

We never said to cancel the apartment, though.

We were also told recently that the apartment is still on our name and we can come and get the keys on 10th.

Surprise!!! On Saturday when we called to find out again if the apartment is still on our name.

They rented to someone else.

Then, my wife went and talked to these people for returning our deposit now since we are not living there.

They think they had to advertise the apartment after we cancelled and they are keeping the deposit of $250, when we did NOT ask for cancelling the apartment in the first place.

So very miserable management.

They admit that there was a communication gap.

But wouldn't return the deposit.

WE WOULD NOT EVEN MOVE IN TO THIS HELL IN OUR DREAMS WHERE YOU ARE UNDER CONTROL BY PEOPLE THAT YOU CAN'T TRUST!!! Think if you had a small mark on their carpet, that's it you lost your deposit.

We were also offered another apartment by them...look at the reviews for god's sakes and my review and tell me now! Would you move in there..
