This place is pretty GHETTO. But there is a wide range of people living here. Unfortunately there are those who ruin it for the rest of us.
Garbage laid throughout the property, beds furniture, trash bags, ect left on peoples patios for long periods of time or permenently.
Management doesn't seem to care of the appearence or safety of the complex just as long as they're collecting the rent.
It is not a gated community because the GATES DONT WORK. It should be called just Greyson's. Or Greyson's open Gate. It is just so inviting for the Wallmart Hoodies to come take what they want.
The only thing this community is missing is a pawn shop so we can go buy our stuff back
