I have been living in this community since August of 2006 and I have nothing but good things to say! The staff has always been extrememly helpful whenever I have had questions or an issue, and maintenance is always very prompt and courteous.
The grounds are immaculately kept, and I have thoroughly enjoyed being a resident at Greyson's Gate.
I have lived in many different apartments throughout the Dallas area and this is by far my favorite!!

Ha Ha Ha what a joke immaculate grounds my butt! There is alway trah set out by the curbs 24-7 and litter all over the place. Animals com break open the garbage sitting out and spread it all over the yards. Dog dookie everywhere. Sounds like the office writting this if you ask me! What a joke!
